What a week!! #li

Fantastic fun with Charlene helping her with Josh and Sam's wedding photoshoot! Then on Sunday good day out and loads of laughs at Westlands Gala day and the Butchers Arms karaoke party on Sunday!! Met lovely people at Secret World rescue centre on Tuesday, then, calamity as my Achilles tendon flare up again so I am hobbling about but hope to get some treatment from Chris later.

Pre wedding photoshoot today, then work out travel times etc for Josh and Sam's wedding on Saturday. Then off to Glastonbury to try and get problem mixer fixed. Then off to Wedding Warehouse to man the office till 8pm tonight!

Had a ball on the weekend at Fiona and Karon's wedding at the George & Pilgrim. Lovely people, great food, and nice venue. Met a great singer, Gerri and hope to work with her again soon.

Big thank you to all who attended last nights meeting. Good lively meeting with lots of ideas coming out as to how the members want to see the group move forward.
Graham Watts has agreed to take on a trial role as membership officer for North Somerset which will involve spreading the word about our group and inviting new DJ's along so that the lifeblood of the group, the membership keeps fresh and growing.
Really pleased with the response to the education slot idea and the visit to Batmink in October. More news on these to follow.
Thanks to Simon Fletcher and John Tingeley for offering their services for education slots.
I am feeling really confident that we ate getting closer to the goal of producing fun, educational and meaningful meetings that help local DJs grow their business whilst improving the professionalism of our industry.
